This message will appear if the enrollment period has not yet begun. If you still receive this message after the first day to enroll in classes, contact Help Desk at (276) 656-0235 or email VCCS Support. |

After attempting to login unsuccessfully, receive message "Due to an invalid login attempt or administrative reason, you have been locked out of the system. The error you encountered is: Unsuccessful Logon Lock Return to logon" |
After several unsuccessful login attempts, your web access will be locked out for 15 minutes. You will have to wait this 15 minutes before trying to login again. If the problem persists after 15 minutes call Help Desk at (276) 656-0235 or email VCCS Support. |

Credit Card information is rejected with a message that it is invalid. |
You MUST enter the expiration year of your credit card in four digits. For example, a credit card that expires in June 2004 would be entered as 06/2004. Entering the year in two digits will result in an error message about invalid credit card information. |
